God’s Fatwa For the Judicial Tribunal of Lia Eden and Wahyu Andito Putro Wibisono On April 1, 2009 In Terms of Listening to the Provisional Decision from the Panel of Judges In the Name of God-the Almighty This is God’s Fatwa aimed to respond to the opinion of Public Prosecutors upon the defendant’s response toward the conviction letter of case No: 590/Pid.B/2009/PN.JKT.PST. under the name of Syamsuriati alias Lia Eden and Wahyu Andito Putro Wibisono. God’s Fatwa "I respond to the opinion of the Public Prosecutor signed by Prosecuting Attorney Sigid J. Pribadi, S.H, M.H., which state he has generally refused Lia Eden and Wahyu Andito Putro Wibisono’s objection. Lia Eden has repudiated the trial upon herself and she conveyed My Fatwa related to it. Public Prosecutor’s refusal is regarded as repudiation upon the objection of defendant I Syamsuriati Als Lia Eden and defendant II Wahyu Andito Putro Wibisono, thus I consider that also as a written statement of repudiation upon My Fatwa. And with the continuation of this court session today to hear the response of Lia Eden and Wahyu Andito Putro Wibisono’s as the defendants, in accordance with the court schedule as stated on the summon letter for the defendants from Central Jakarta District Attorney’s office, dated March 31, 2009, thus I regard that matter as a defiance toward My Fatwa. My every Fatwa is extremely forbidden to be defied and disregarded. My Fatwa has been disdained indeed, for the trial upon both of My Messengers has been continued, albeit the fact that I have issued the Fatwa to call off and end the trial upon both of My Messengers. Public Prosecutor’s consideration to repudiate was irrelevancy of the raised argument, for it’s beyond the boundary of defendant exception and My Messengers were regarded as having subjective consideration and in the subjective position (refer to M. Trapman opinion). Thus, when Lia Eden’s objection was raised and conveyed, the view was considered as subjective. Moreover, the objection content was in Divine boundary, which considered as precarious, thus it couldn’t be justified in facing the state law. In fact, the state law must consider and value any raised and written righteousness. Furthermore, when it is stated as God’s Fatwa. And My Fatwa is the essential substance of the subject matter being put on trial and what is borne by Lia Eden, consequently she is detained and judged. Just exactly she has to be able to prove her righteousness and her capability to elucidate further of My Fatwa. Since she is able to reach My next Revelations, it should be a better consideration for the Public Prosecutor and the Panel of Judges, so they will decline not recklessly her request and dare to neglect My Fatwa. Do they think that this trial upon My Fatwa is merely a violation of criminal law by Lia Eden and Andito Putro Wibisono? Am I not their God? The charge of criminal violation by Lia Eden and Andito Putro Wibisono alone is already judged the holiness of My Fatwa as a criminal conduct. For that only I shall not forgive them. Moreover if I convict that as a defiance toward My Fatwa, which enclosed My severe Warning. And when My Fatwa must be defended from such disdain action, justify Me if I have to act firmly and uncompromisingly. And blame Me not if I keep on executing whatever I have threatened. Such is written as a determination from the nature that valued as subjective. But, I mark it as My Decree in My Absolute Position, Infinite and the Most Objective. Everything that is real from Me shall not be subjective, for a creation of anything from non existed material, all derive from Me and has been decreed by Me. It is your own fault to question the objectivity of consideration and position of My Messengers, thus I have to teach you how to treat My Messenger politely and how to honor and obey My Fatwa. And I set up the objectivity of My Most Power. It is Me who is presenting the sacred and curse of My Kingdom of Eden and My Fatwas. And it is Me who is about to prove the preciseness of the Fatwa of My Court of Justice. Thus, I specifically render this Judicial Tribunal as My evidence upon My Most Sacred Fatwa and the Kingdom of Eden.  Therefore, when there is no cessation of the trial of Lia Eden and Wahyu Andito Putranto Wibisono, hence I shall keep My Promise upon Eden. On the contrary, I shall also keep every threat to every party involved in this case, and surely to the Government of Indonesia, and specifically I state that to President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono as the highest leader in this nation and the Head of Jakarta Metropolitan Regional Police Irjen (Pol) Wahyono, whom I judge as the responsible person upon his decision to charge Lia Eden and Wahyu Andito Putro Wibisono as the defendants and who has imprisoned them. And whosoever in his duty bear not directly the authority in deciding the trial of My Fatwa and detention upon Lia Eden and Wahyu Andito Putro Wibisono and only perform his duty as a civil servant, and during their duty in dealing with Lia Eden case they are wise and neutral and treat both of My Messenger with respect, I shall forgive them and they will not be affected by My Curse. And the implementation of My Curse is not the same. I adjust the position of responsibility and the degree of fault of those civil servants involved in Lia Eden’s case. And all that I have revealed in My fatwa are written and recorded as My recent Law and I render those as the content of the Holy Scripture of Eden and the content of My latest Teaching. Be a civil servant who honor My Fatwa and be a holy law enforcer, just and right, for it is your own sins which bring you to face problem with Me. Cease the practice of law and justice commercialization or judicature mafia in this nation, thus you will not be affected by My Trial. Surely, I shall end not to try and judge the law enforcement officials who are keen on extorting and commercializing law and justice, till all are discouraged. I shall repay all their sins of illegal money till they realize that My recompense to their illegal money will affect their families as well, who have already enjoyed the pleasure from it. Be it as My definite Decree and that can be hindered not by whosoever involved in the sins of bribery, blackmail and corruption among judicial administration and all of law agencies in this country. At the time of declaration of My Fatwa, signed today, April 11, 2009, thus I put into effect My Judgment actively and effectively at this point as well. Surely, there is no scattered sin that I don’t judge. Believe My announcement, for I shall prove it! Nothing would happen except misfortune, difficulties, pain, and misery to all who conduct evil deeds that I loathe. I have noted the evil deeds after the examination and investigation at the Police Department, and plea bargain at the Office of the Counsel for the Prosecution, and effort of commutation of a sentence from the panel of judges, and in the effort of appeal to a higher court and in effort to get legal status through cassation at the Supreme Court. And next is the crime of bribery and illegal fee and extortion in the detention centers and penitentiaries to the detainees and prisoners, who try to get special treatment or a more spacious detention room or even only to enjoy visitation or discharge administration. The sins of judicature mafia, which have been swarming vastly inside all law institutions in the entire country, thus I promise I shall give a painful and shameful torture for all of them. Be and be My Judgment actively, dynamically and effectively. And I pledge My Vow for it. I take a vow that I shall judge the sins of blackmail, bribery, illegal fee, and corruption in judicial administration circle, and in detention centers and penitentiaries and all instances and law institutions in this country as My recompense.
